"Very Pleased"
Service desk responded as soon as they opened. Got me scheduled within hours. The technician, Cody , was very polite and friendly. He was very thorough in explaining to me what was wrong w the furnace. I like that he showed pictures of the furnace that he took. He showed me different options to fix the furnace. Very pleased with the service!
